I don't like how I always come here to rant, and whine. And complain about how my life may suck when I'm perhaps luckier than 95% of the world for my clean water, ample food and healthy environment. Plus the efficient technology which eases my life.

But precisely because of this, the more insignificant I feel in life, the feelings come back again.
I need to find my own stuffs to do, my own life. Not the #foreveralone and suck thumb girl.
I always rant and rant and rant, like you would understand me. In fact, I don't even understand myself.

Really hate changes. Why must we keep changing plans or habits that I grew familiar and fond of? Why can't I tell God what exactly do I want, and I just get it? I am a frustratedgirl93 right now. Can my life get any worser? *This is a rhetorical question, please don't accept challenge dear life.

I have to declare that this post isn't like a emo-nemo kind. Just some kind of revelation I want to keep in mind. Just sometimes, I wish we had a selective memory space. We can choose what we want to keep forever, and delete those that are unpleasant or just unnecessary. In addition to those, I want to delete some moments that are once in a lifetime.

Is it just me or do people just expect more and more each time they receive something nice? I feel that way. Just a simple analogy, like how the nasty teacher just be nice to us once, and we'll be surprised and awed and all. But if the nice teacher, as usual be nice to us, we don't feel anything. Cause we did expected the nice teacher to be nice, and her being nice is a norm whereas if she falls short of our expectations, we deem her as being changed as not nice and all and all. Why are human's mind structured in such a way?

I don't want to expect too much from people, just because they have once given me something nice. I wish to delete that part of my memory, cause it will stay as a cactus prick on people, or maybe just me. Life is just a paradox, what makes you ecstatic initially may be the source of your unhappiness eventually.

After saying so much about me wanting to delete those once in a lifetime memory, I know one day if I had the choice to really selectively delete my memory.. I will still keep them close to me and not delete them. Oh god, why'd you make man so complicated? I love polar bears, you can just turn me into that.

On a more humane touch, my 'A's are ending with 3 more papers! But till now, I seriously think I am going to fail my GP and my chem. I will take private next year if it happens, I don't want to go to UK :( Please Cambridge, make the bell curve shift like mad. Hehe. Make everyone fail! And that's saying something. Something bad.

"The Glee Project," if you've missed it on the Oxygen channel, features a bunch of young people competing to win a guest-star part on "Glee." Every week they have to sing, dance and act; they've been eliminated one-by-one, week-by-week.

Mitchell eliminated himself from the show in the most recent episode because he refused to kiss a girl for a scene on the show Because he has a girlfriend. And because he believed that he would be violating his Christian principles if - as an actor - he kissed a girl other than his girlfriend.

Really?

More importantly, did it never dawn on him when the competition began that, as an actor, he might have to kiss a girl?

"Maybe I was a little bit naive in that area, Mitchell understated. "But I talked to my parents and I was, like, obviously, you know, 'Glee,' you know, is sexual. Like, it has those themes in it."

Certainly. "Glee" is not a children's show. And it does have sexual themes. Sunday's episode of "The Glee Project" was about sexuality, as a matter of fact.

But we're talking about Cameron being asked to kiss a girl and declaring it was against his principles. And acting surprised that an actor might have to do that.

"You know, I knew that there was a possibility," Mitchell said. "But when I got down into it, you know, it was a very emotional time. Everything's magnified. It was really challenging and difficult. But, you know, it was just a decision I decided to make."

Well, that clears is up. Not.

He said he doesn't regret his decision "at all."

"You know, in the moment, to some people it might seem like a hasty decision," he understated. "But it was something that I truly felt in my heart. I t was something that really spoke to me.

"And when you make a decision like that, I think it's really hard to regret it. You just have to follow what you believe. And I believe that, you know, when a door closes, another door opens. And it's only going lead to great things. So I don't regret it."

I can't help but think that, two or three girlfriends down the line, a couple of years - maybe a couple of months - from now, Mitchell is going to regret it.

Is it really wrong for him to embrace his own belief and principles? He admitted that it was too naive of him to not expect a 'kissing-scene' and in response, he backs out, obviously. Indeed, that industry may require one to unleash his or her usual self or so on, but not everyone can fit this bill. It could be scary if everyone could, that will be when everyone is perhaps too hogged up on dreaming of the luxury and fame that being an artist brings with it. Since he has the talents and all that is claimed, he will go far won't he? (Even without the kissing scenes) Really, the media is bringing on such wrong concepts and teachings to the whole society. What will the world be in perhaps a mere 50 years?

Personally, I will not, in any way, like the idea of boyfriend kissing another girl just for work. Then wouldn't prostitution be an equally honorable job as say a doctor? And not be as inglorious or disgraceful? The world should really not be as bad as how it is. Mitchell will, and should never regret.

Alright, back to the main point. It’s your 18th birthday today! Welcome to the old chicken group, together with me and neh. Sorry for not able to celebrate your birthday this year since it’s like chinese new year and you will be spending it with your family. I will play hard in Malaysia and make sure you receive my happiness oversea. Okay, for that i shall light a firework for you, at the risk of being disfigure. (:

There are so many things i want to thank you these five years. But still, the main 3 things.

1. Being with me throughout, everyday without fail. Though we always quarrel, especially in Taiwan, i still love you and still think it’s always your fault. Haha. I think we still click quite well after all the quarrels, must be all your silly thinking that after one night sleep, everything will be fine. What i can say is that, your mum taught you well.(: I can always rely on you, cos i know you will cheer me up when i’m down or whatsoever. It just make me feel so great when i sms you and you’ll reply almost immediately. I love you, not bao.(: and yes, homestay at your house is always so great! I think i can just hide in your house forever and keep myself out of the outside world for like a few years? heh.

2. Introducing your family to me. Your mum means a lot to me, just like my own parents. She has taught me a lot of things throughout this five years, especially when my own parents could not be there for me sometimes. Yes, like what she said, i’m her sa su gu daughter! And your two brothers, they have indeed make my life more interesting, from the stupid dance move that he did and yanyan sharing the same clothes with me. Remember zara kids? We looked like rockstars siol!(: oh yes, your papa! Your father very young and handsome.(:.. Don’t dare to say much. And i’m really happy that your mum still invite me to your reunion dinner, though i can’t be there. :( I lovelove your family, they are already part of my life!:D

3. Trying out new stuffs! Let’s see. After knowing you, i got to went overseas for the first time! Taiwan! Although that trip wasn’t that fun, but i got to know more of your family, including Tyson and Lucas they all. I still remember the first dinner there was jap food with xiao wu. Right? And we went to Shilin yeshi to buy the oyster thing which we love it alot! Haha, and the love bridge, extremely strong wind and all!:D Next was Thailand! That one was seriously awesome. Went to top up our accessories and green kuih! I bet you are drooling now. And, how can we forget us being paparazi at the temple, you having scar for the rest of your life.(: Must be fated lah, God wants you to remember me for life!:P The best of all, BEEF!:E You forced me try every food, from beef to oyster and made me vomit my lungs out! Haha. But still, i freaking love pepper lunch’s curry beef now! I want to go more and more countries with you and your family next time! Don;t bring bao, if not i can’t sleep with you. (:

Finally stepped into Singpore's universal studios during the weekends,
and it was cute, as in mini-size cute. Lol.
Cause we were too smart, and started off our early morning (Yes, we chiong into the theme park at 10am alongside with all the kiasu Singaporeans! Well, do what the romans do.. No? Must blend in!) with the hot rides like the revenge of the mummy and JP rapids adventure, we finished everything near 1pm.

Anyway, Kahjie! I know why you say the jurassic park ride is not fun alr, it's different from overseas that's why :(
Still, I had a trillion billion million fun that day! Plus yummy yummy Marche and the poke-poke food after USS.. I can fly to NY alr! Heh.

Sentosa, from quite awhile ago.
We both like going to Sentosa, cause everything sort of started off from there. It's nice to recollect on our memories together. Though it makes us feel old, it's amazing how much we've been through.

And last night, I accidentally deleted the total of 100,000ish texts we exchanged over the year :(
I was completely devastated! With the fact that I am so lazy to make it a point to sync my phone on a frequent basis, all I had was till September. Oh well, I know it's better than losing everything.

I feel really suffocated by school, it's torturous to be dragging my feet to somewhere I know I don't want to be so badly.

What's the point of complaining and picking the flaws in everyone,

Jeremy. Despite all the project work and choir nonsense you had, you pulled out time to teach me chemistry. Even though I was like a complete idiot, you really put in your complete effort in helping me.

Michelle. Tomorrow's the paper and rather than mugging your heads off, you took the effort to help scan all your notes and sent it to me one by one. Not only that, you even offered to meet me earlier in school so that I can look through your other notes.

Sherlyn. We're not considered the best of pals, but all I told you was that I lost my notes and w/o me even asking for help, you took the initiative to text me all the important points I can note and do my own research.

Ain. Again I did not ask for help or anything, you were so sweet enough to take snapshots of your notes for me to learn, and to offer me help if I do have any doubts.

Tyson. You know I am having my exams and has time for any other commitments and you were so nice to ask me if I need help from your family to make sure things go right. And the fact that you help me brainstormed so much ideas, just for me to have an easier time while I study for my promos.

Kahjie. You really did went out to help me find the materials I need, knowing that I have my promos and have no time to get ready the stuffs. You are so sacrificial at times, I do wonder how am I going to be w/o you..

Baohui. Your constant encouragement and love to keep me going especially through this crazy promos period. The fact that you would accompany me till the wee hours, or the crazy suggestion to help me get the notes from my other classmates like at 11 o clock in the night.. Ilu so much!

I have to brag about how impressed I am about Inception.
Some people warned me bout the confusion they had or the complexity that was involved,

I studied till 3am in the morning,

trying to gear myself for the always-so-difficult chemistry paper.

So I admit I was alil jittery before the paper,

but still I rushed through the MCQ,

and there comes the shitty part.

While doing paper 2, I decided to attempt Section B first,

and then back to Section A.

So yes, the questions were difficult but at least I am aware of them and I actually scribbled something.

So when the teacher said 'Pens down, your time is up',

I then flipped the pages, finding the cover page.

And I realised,

I missed two entire pages of questions.

TWO ENTIRE PAGES,

not even a single word filled.

Before I could even calculate the total number of marks lost,

the paper's taken away.

What the shit is wrong with me!

Yesterday was a busy day,
had replacement class near Bugis then headed down to raffles city to meet Mabel.
Brotzeit, ahhh :D

Then I realised AMKSS band concert was tonight,
meaning the people will all be near the vicinity.
Heh.
Since Mabel and I were wearing ultraman high heels,
we stayed around brotzeit way long after our meal, haha.
Then we did a series of crazy antics, like visiting the supermarket and buying weird.. props i call them.
